Our machine shop is equipped with an array of machines, technology, and an expert team of employees. Our custom fabrication capabilities are ready to operate at all times, by providing the flexibility to respond quickly to your operational issues. We can construct new, repair or rebuild parts that are broken, damaged, malfunctioning or simply causing issues and delays. We can help design a simple project to a complete system. |

IN STOCK STEEL SELECTION
For efficient production, 3E maintains a substantial inventory of sheet and structural steel in various sizes and shapes. Other components for fabrication and repair work are also on-hand. We supply a wide variety of manufactured parts and assemblies fabricated to your specifications. |

WELDING & FINISHING
Our shop provides a wide variety of welding expertise with Certified welders: Tig welding for fine aluminum, Mig wire welding for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum production welding, SubArch welding for high penetration on thicker metals. |

PAINTING
Our 15’ x 15’ x 30’ long paint booth can accommodate large or multiple small projects. With its high capacity air take-up unit and temperature control system, a custom quality paint finish can be applied year round. |

ONLINE ENGINEERING
Experienced fabrication engineers are on staff that are skillful in designing complete systems, single projects and repair parts. Proficient in Solid Works and AutoCad software programs. Strong abilities in reverse engineering of customers equipment. |
